Accentuate Staffing is currently hiring for a Hybrid Purchasing Coordinator to join a well-established client in Fuquay Varina. Recent college grads that have a degree in supply chain and have an interest in gaining experience towards a buyer, procurement career are encouraged to apply. The Purchasing Coordinator will be running reports for Purchase Orders and sending them out to vendors, following up with vendors, processing PO’s and entering invoices into system.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Placing purchase orders (must understand purchase order process).
  • Communicating with vendors.
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders.
  • Entering purchase order confirmations.
  • Generating reports from system

Requirements:

  • Must have solid computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail for data entry accuracy
  • Experience working in NetSuite or other ERP system is preferred.
  • Experience in Excel with formulas, pivot tables, etc.
  • Purchasing or supply chain experience as it relates to
  • Understanding of inventory management
    • Forecasting, sales demand, sales projections
    • Understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Experience with MRP systems is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain is preferred but will consider experience over degree
