Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for 2 Human Resource positions for a manufacturing client in Wayne County.

The HR Specialist will work M-F 8-5 with overtime as needed per business demand.   The HR Specialist will work closely with HR Business units and hiring managers to identify personnel needs and to manage the full cycle recruiting process. This will include creating job descriptions, writing and placing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screenings and preparing a written assessment, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and working closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.  Comp 35 – 42K DOE.

The HR Generalist position is an evening shift from 4PM – 12:30AM M – F with OT as needed per business demand.   The HR Generalist handles the day-to-day employee relations activities and manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.  The Human Resources Generalist originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.  Comp 45-55K DOE
