Human Resource Specialist
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Human Resource Specialist for one of our clients in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of HR experience and have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. This role is onsite M-F in the Durham office. Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
- On-board new employees.
- Implement company culture, values, and policies.
- Provide requested reports and documents.
- Accurately maintain employee files.
- Answer calls and route to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition.
Requirements:
- 3+ years previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields.
- Bachelors Degree in Business related field preferred, Associates Degree required
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Ability to build rapport with all employees.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
