Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resource Compliance Manager for a contract role in Holly Springs, NC. The HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for reviewing up updating policy and procedures, creating employee handbooks, & record cleanup to ensure all records are within retention standards. This is a contract306 month role with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Review and revise current HR benchmarking to assist in provide feedback for continuous improvement to ensure best people practices are in place
- Records review and cleanup to align with record retention standards
- Responsible for supporting and ensuring the compliance of Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures for area of assignment within the organization
- Review and update employee handbook ensuring compliance
- Supports the development, monitoring and auditing of HR processes related to recruitment, personnel files and data entry
- Conducts audits of various HR files to ensure documentation enclosed is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborates with relevant HR Departments and Staff to ensure the maintenance of appropriate documentation
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- HR Employee Policy knowledge and handbook creation
- Good oral and written communication, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- High level of attention to detail required.
