Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resource Compliance Manager for a contract role in Holly Springs, NC.  The HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for reviewing up updating policy and procedures, creating employee handbooks, & record cleanup to ensure all records are within retention standards.  This is a contract306 month role with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and revise current HR benchmarking to assist in provide feedback for continuous improvement to ensure best  people practices are in place
  • Records review and cleanup to align with record retention standards
  • Responsible for supporting and ensuring the compliance of Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures for area of assignment within the organization
  • Review and update employee handbook ensuring compliance
  • Supports the development, monitoring and auditing of HR processes related to recruitment, personnel files and data entry
  • Conducts audits of various HR files to ensure documentation enclosed is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborates with relevant HR Departments and Staff to ensure the maintenance of appropriate documentation

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • HR Employee Policy knowledge and handbook creation
  • Good oral and written communication, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • High level of attention to detail required.
