
HR Project Manager
Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and support process improvement initiatives within the Human Resources department. This role will focus on organizing and assigning workflow, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and developing process flow charts. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Excel and workflow platforms such as Monday.com.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR-related process improvement and documentation initiatives.
- Develop, write, and standardize SOPs across various HR functions.
- Create workflow maps, process flow charts, and visual documentation.
- Assign and track project tasks using Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
- Track progress against timelines and deliverables, ensuring completion within the 6-month contract period.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- 3–5 years of experience in HR project management or HR operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data modeling).
- ADP Workforce Now is also preferred
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
- Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail in documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- PHR certification preferred.
