Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an HR / Payroll Specialist to join an exciting high tech company in the Triangle. This will be a contract position lasting through the end of 2021, part time, 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Input and process payroll through a cloud based provider (Trinet)
- Reconcile payroll bi-weekly
- Answer HR related questions or work with PEO partner to provide answers to employees
- Other administrative tasks as time allows
- Input new hire documentation into HRIS
Requirements:
- Ability to work a part time schedule
- 3+ years of previous HR / Payroll experience
- Background using Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to interface with internal customers in different time zones internationally
