Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join a leading company in Cary, NC.  The HR Manager plays a central role in supporting our growing construction workforce and ensuring a positive employee experience from initial contact through long-term employment. This position oversees key HR functions, collaborates closely with field operations, and helps maintain a safe, compliant, and engaged workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration Oversee and manage all company benefits programs, ensuring employees clearly understand their options during onboarding and throughout their employment. Provide ongoing support and guidance regarding benefits enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
  • Safety & Workers’ Compensation Coordination Partner with the Safety Department to manage workplace accidents, workers’ compensation claims, and incident follow-up. Support timely reporting, documentation, and communication to ensure compliance and effective case resolution.
  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Conduct phone screens and interviews for high-volume field positions, including equipment operators, truck drivers, laborers, and other construction roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Onboarding & Orientation Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company. Lead orientation sessions, coordinate required paperwork, and ensure all new employees are properly integrated into their teams.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience required
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry strongly preferred
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with field teams and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
