Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a HR Generalist for a growing construction group in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will be one that is motivated, has previous recruitment, and HR experience. This is an immediate opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruiting process by posting open jobs, updating job descriptions, and launching on website career page
  • Facilitate interview process with hiring managers and candidates
  • Conduct in person and phone interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and manage all pre-employment screenings
  • Handle all onboarding for new hires – tax paperwork, benefits summary, update information into ADP
  • Manage annual reviews for all employees by reaching out to manager and employee with deadline date information
  • Schedule and review all pay increase information
  • Update company information weekly with census numbers, birthday list, annual review, and phone list
  • Work with training providers to administer updated training to all staff
  • Create forms and documents as needed to streamline processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR and/or recruitment capacity
  • PHR certification preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience using ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong critical thinking skills and able to act and adapt quickly to situations
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
