Accentuate Staffing is seeking an HR Generalist for a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in Raleigh, NC.  The Human Resources Generalist performs professional and administrative work in coordinating the human resources functions in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, reporting, record management and assisting in making recommendations for policies and procedures and performing other assignments as required to support the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the internal recruiting process for posting open positions, filter and tracking incoming resumes, phone screening, scheduling and participating in interviews, accurately communicating with HR and departments, and prepare internal approvals/offer letters for each new hire.
  • Create business partnerships with front-line employees, supervisors, & business partners promoting open line of communication.
  • Maintain and update company policies and employee handbook
  • Answer employee questions regarding benefits and leave of absence policies
  • Stay current with local, state, and Federal HR laws, legislation, and trends and maintain compliance with each.
  • Perform other HR duties and miscellaneous special projects as assigned.
  • Analyze HR and other data to provide continuous improvement ideas with HR and business processes
  • Investigate questions and/or complaints to resolve employee relations issues
  • HR Reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Must be proficient with MS Office and have intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to handle a high level of confidential in a professional manner
  • Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Recent College Grad or Internship experience is encouraged to apply
