Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an HR Generalist to join a growing manufacturer in the Cary area. This is a great position for someone just starting out their HR career.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all employee questions and emails regarding benefits, HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain all personnel employee files and HR information
  • Obtain all signed offer letters and notify departments of start date information and onboarding tasks
  • Participate in new hire orientation
  • Process benefit plan enrollments and changes including terminations and performance plans
  • Participate in open enrollment planning meetings and prepare materials
  • Assist with recruitment needs of sourcing and screening candidates for potential new hires
  • Work with hiring managers to identify areas for hiring and strategies to retain all employees
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs and career events
  • Work with external recruiters and staffing agencies as needed to identify candidates
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an HR or recruiting role
  • Previous experience handling employee compliance and leave programs
  • MS Office experience
  • Strong communication skill set
  • Highly organized and team player mentality
