Accentuate Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join a leading manufacturing company in Wendell, NC. This role will provide overall support of the Human Resources function including: payroll, benefits, recruitment & onboarding, HRIS, employee activities, training, compensation, employee relations, employee health & safety, team building, etc. They will support policy & procedure to promote continuous improvements to the quality of the workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Payroll Manager on bi-weekly payroll processes, ensuring SOX compliance, audits are complete and data is accurate.
  • This position is a 100% back-up for the payroll processing function.
  • Provide assistance to the HR Manager on employment processes including: onboarding and coordination with hiring management.
  • Responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources functions including: onboarding, benefits, HRIS, payroll, AAP/EEO, employee activities, etc.
  • Ensure the timely completion and accuracy of required monthly HR and Payroll reports and works on special projects as assigned.
  • Support benefit programs administration.
  • Provide administrative and/or professional support to the HR Team as requested.
  • Provide HR assistance to the all divisions and local management as needed.
  • Administer company policies and procedures and complies with all state and federal laws including ADA, AAP, FMLA, EEO and OSHA requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
  • HR Certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years Human Resources experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • 1 year Payroll experience required.
