Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a HR – Generalist for a client in Zebulon, NC.   This is a Direct Hire opportunity paying up to $55K DOE + benefits.  The ideal candidate for this role MUST have at 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.

• The HR-G will administer and advise on company HR policies, procedures, benefit programs and employee relations issues to ensure DOL compliance, consistent and fair treatment of all employees.
• Direct, coordinate and exercise functional authority for billing and payments, including payroll and financial requirements as directed by the President.
• Understand and apply knowledge of Federal and State labor laws and regulations including, but not limited to, FLSA, FMLA, unemployment, harassment and discrimination, worker’s compensation
• Lead by example and motivates people so as to create a challenging, empowering and collaborative working environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business or in a business-like field or a combination of education and 3-5 years of previous work related experience.
