Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist to join a growing manufacturing team in Research Triangle Park, NC. This is a temp to hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions.
- Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional Certification in HR or the ability to obtain certification within 12 months of hire date
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Must practice a high level of confidentiality.
- 3-5 years progressive HR Experience.
