Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join a leading company in Durham, NC. This role will work directly for the Director of Human Resources and be the administrative support for the human resource department. This role requires the ability to analyze documents, track and report company data and metrics, organize documents, and data, by working with current HRIS system. Assist with Human Resource processes and procedures to improve the human resource department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for E-Verifying each new hire.
- Coordinate each new hire onboarding, training, and start day with department managers.
- Create new hire folders and ensure that each new hire has successfully completed onboarding.
- Assist the human resource department by creating compliance drafts, drafts revisions to the company handbook and policies and procedures.
- Provide the Human Resource department with clerical support.
- Ability to handle highly confidential and proprietary company documents and information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Has an ability to focus on solutions.
- Maintain HR records.
- Demonstrate a professional disposition, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Track and file all materials related to employment files.
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, and have fun working for a great organization.
- Work on special projects as requested. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Associate’s Degree (two-year college or technical school) Preferred, field of Human Resource, Paralegal or related
- 3 plus ears of experience in Administration, Human Resources
