Accentuate Staffing is recruiting an HR and Payroll Specialist for an international manufacturer in the RTP area. This is a direct hire position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing and documenting payroll needs
  • Work with payroll manager on processing needs
  • Enter all new hire information and payroll needs into ADP
  • Ensures all payroll issues are resolved promptly
  • Provide support all HR related activities
  • Manage all new hire needs including tax forms and collecting required employment data
  • Ensure all new hire data is entered properly
  • Assist new hires with benefits questions and setting up with new hire equipment
  • Ensure all HR and Payroll policies are kept up to date

Requirements:

  • Degree desirable
  • 3-5 years of HR/payroll experience
  • Team player attitude
  • Experience with ADP preferred
  • MS Office proficiency
