Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a growing Insurance group in the Raleigh area. The Help Desk Associate is a temp to hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • The Help Desk Associate is responsible for answering tickets, calls and emails in a professional manner while delivering excellent customer service to all users.
  • Take first round tickets and email by assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Escalate issues to senior team members for review
  • Install and keep up maintenance needs with PC, laptops, printers, fax, and scanners
  • Act as on call associate after hours and over the weekend when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a help desk capacity
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Microsoft MCP preferred
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
