Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer of industrial equipment parts who is recruiting for a Heath, Safety, and Environment Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- HSE Manager will lead and improve company HSE program and culture
- Manager will lead and implement procedures, systems, and standards
- Manager will establish and implement site HSE programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Manager will lead reporting programs and establish effective communication
- Manager will lead training programs, safety meetings, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 plus years Health, Safety, and Environment experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering, operations, safety, or environmental related field preferred
- Experience in a machining environment preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Certification a plus
