Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Guest Relations Specialist in Raleigh, NC for a growing hospitality company. This will be full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for guests to discuss concerns
- Answer incoming calls, greet guests, and assist with questions
- Printing, scanning, and faxing important documents
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and following up on issues
- Additional clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Background utilizing Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
