Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Front Office Admin to join a large manufacturing company in the Apex are. This is a temp to hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and inviting manner
  • Answer multi-line phone and direct to appropriate personnel
  • Handle all front office administrative support
  • Schedule meetings for team members and book in Outlook calendar
  • Schedule all travel arrangements
  • Create and deliver milestone anniversary gifts and manage product inventory
  • Manage all break room and coffee supplies
  • Order office supplies for staff
  • Open and sort daily mail
  • Assist with visitor badges and check in and out of office
  • Assist with planning company events
  • Special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative work experience
  • MS office knowledge
  • Strong communication skill set both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organized
