Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Front Desk Counter Sales position in the Youngsville area for a construction group. This is a temp to hire opening.
- Handle all phone calls from customers and answer customer questions
- Manage all orders via phone and email
- Resolve any customer problems or discrepancies in orders
- Coordinate purchase of delivery on special products as needed
- Monitor availability of new products and communicate to customer
- Code and input customer orders, pricing information, and additional data into computer system
- Maintain stock levels on sales floor
- Operate cash register daily and take payments
- Work with outside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
- Previous customer service work experience
- Ability to operate computer and cash register
- Knowledge of building materials and construction equipment desirable
- Good interpersonal and customer relations skills
