Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a rapidly growing construction group in the Cary, NC area. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, an outgoing and friendly personality, and also possess a bilingual skill set.


  • Manage all front desk activities and maintain front office coordination needs
  • Greet incoming guests, visitors, and internal employees
  • Assist by handling applications, check status, phone calls, answering employee questions, and managing meeting requests
  • Utilize company calendar daily to organize schedules and events
  • Order office supplies and manage all break room inventory
  • Handle special projects for leadership team including filing, scanning and print projects
  • Take incoming and outgoing mail to appropriate personnel
  • Complete projects as assigned in a timely and efficient manner


  • High school diploma
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English required
  • At least 1 year of administrative work experience
  • Experience in a construction environment preferable
  • Pleasant and energetic demeanor
