Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee Flexo printing machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Set up and calibrate machinery to meet specific printing requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a Flexo printing machine in a printing manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating Flexo machines, including adjusting ink levels, tension controls, and registration.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues effectively.
• Solid understanding of printing processes, color management, and quality control.
• Ability to interpret job orders and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
