Accentuate Staffing is hiring a Field Superintendent for a great HVAC and industrial piping company in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate has experience in an HVAC, plumbing, or piping background.
Responsibilities:
- Construction field installation activities with a focus on productivity, quality, and timely installations
- Monitor productivity of field labor to meet job budget and requirements
- Hire and terminate field employees as required
- Provide hands on assistance with the setting of all plumbing and HVAC equipment
- Assist in employee development through on site and classroom training
- Manage an average of 12 employees on the job site
Requirements:
- High school degree required; 2 or 4 year degree in a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as construction site supervisor, superintendent, or assistant project manager
