Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain wastewater pumps and related equipment at client sites across the U.S.
• Perform disassembly, inspection, diagnostics, repair, and reassembly of pumps and mixers in the shop.
• Analyze equipment failures and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Unload, organize, and ship parts and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop and warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to review customer problems, provide recommendations, and prepare cost estimates.

Requirements:

• Hands-on mechanical or farm background preferred; practical problem-solving skills are a plus.
• Comfortable working with equipment that may have strong odors.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the U.S., returning home each weekend.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to obtain/maintain a passport for occasional international travel.
• Flexibility to take on a variety of shop and field tasks.
