Responsibilities:

• Replace interior and exterior light bulbs and fixtures
• Repair and replace faucets and basic plumbing components
• Scrub and maintain floors and common areas
• Perform general building and facilities maintenance tasks
• Complete routine inspections of the facility and report issues
• Handle minor repairs and upkeep projects as assigned
• Support overall plant cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Prior facilities, building, or general maintenance experience preferred
• Comfortable performing hands-on repair and upkeep tasks
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and general mechanical repairs
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Able to work independently and manage task lists
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
