Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer in the Raleigh area with their search for a Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance and janitorial staff. This is a direct hire position working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Facilities Manager will supervise Maintenance team and Janitorial team
- Manager will determine workload, delegate assignments, monitor and review performance
- Manager will review and inspect work for quality and completeness
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years facility management background
- Candidates must have strong experience in maintaining electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems
