Accentuate Staffing is assisting a large manufacturing company in the Apex area who is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This is a 1st shift, direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with piping installations and minor plumbing
- Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, hydraulic valves/motors, etc.
- Will be required to troubleshoot various electrical systems
- Perform repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Requirements:
- 3+ years facilities maintenance experience
- Must be proficient with 3-phase 480 electrical systems
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Must have high school diploma/GED equivalent
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
