Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician for a local Raleigh company. This is a direct hire position working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday!
Responsibilities:
- Will repair/maintain buildings
- Will perform grounds maintenance on property
- Could do various other upkeep and facilities work
Requirements:
- Candidates must have experience with light carpentry/sheet rock work, changing light bulbs, light plumbing
- Candidates must be comfortable mowing lawns, trimming hedges, handling work orders, etc.
- Candidates must have a clean criminal record and pass a drug test
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license
