Accentuate Staffing is assisting a local housing community who is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. This is a direct hire opportunity working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Facilities Coordinator will troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete maintenance tasks around the clubhouse and community
- Coordinator will inspect community amenities
- Coordinator will schedule and monitor vendors for repairs
- Coordinator will maintain inventory of facilities paper goods and equipment
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 2 years related experience
- Candidates must have a general knowledge of hand and power tools, pressure washer, etc.
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Candidates must be able to climb a ladder up to 20 feet
- Candidates must be flexible to set up for events on some weekends and evenings
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent
