Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support a COO and assist in managing office related projects to ensure office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, human resources, and an understanding of business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Assist executives and teams with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
  • Track office expenses, prepare reports, and ensure budget compliance
  • Assist in planning and coordinating office meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Track metrics and provide reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction/engagement
  • Spearhead the new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements
  • Oversee and administer employee benefits programs ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment
  • Oversee documentation retention policy, audits and organization
  • Assess and maintain office software platforms (ie. DocuSign, Adobe, Microsoft Office, Ramp, etc.)
  • Assist with company legal matters, as needed
  • Assist the Controller with company insurance policies and procedures
  • Complete special projects as warranted
  • Other duties and responsibilities are subject to change with company growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
  • 3+ years of experience in business management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience within a commercial real estate company is a plus
