Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for evening and weekend Customer Service Reps for a large team in the Raleigh area. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow their Customer Support career!
Responsibilities:
- Work in an inbound call center environment
- Assist customers with general inquiries and account details
- Manage database with customer information and update information as needed
- Find resolutions to caller problems and escalate to management when needed
- Document all customer needs into computer system
- Communicate with team members on updates to accounts
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Background working in banking or finance is ideal
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
