Responsibilities:

• Assemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair nuclear gauges and related laboratory/testing equipment
• Perform nuclear gauge calibrations, including 3-block and 5-block calibrations
• Prepare and maintain calibration records and documentation to support customer compliance requirements
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and internal communication channels
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to resolve equipment and service issues
• Utilize proprietary software tools during the calibration and documentation process

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with prior experience working on machinery or technical equipment
• Hands-on experience using hand tools and shop equipment (e.g., drills, presses)
• Basic electronics knowledge; soldering experience preferred
• Previous nuclear density gauge calibration experience is a strong plus, but not required
• Comfortable communicating with customers and providing technical support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
