Responsibilities:

• Equipment Installation Manager will oversee daily field operations
• Develop comprehensive installation plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery of equipment and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of installation technicians and support staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Proactively identify and address challenges during installations, finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the installation process.
• Manager will work hands on with the team to include ensuring all materials are pulled from stock, wiring equipment, and troubleshooting electrical issues

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years equipment installation background, leadership experience preferred
• Industrial electrical and conduit experience required or military technical training
• Must have strong mechanical and electrical skills to include experience with high voltage, PLCs, and 3 phase motors
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check allowing access to government facilities
• Associates degree in electrical or mechanical systems is a plus
• Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and be comfortable working at heights up to 200 feet
• Willingness to travel for 1-3 days at a time
