Accentuate Staffing is partnering with fast-growing Food and Pharmaceutical Manufacturer who is hiring for an Environmental Leader. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay, working onsite. The ideal candidate has the ability to improve environmental compliance and standards, manage grounds and coordinate source of contamination reductions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of wastewater treatment facilities, developing and implementing wastewater plans and procedures.
- Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory standards and accurate records and documentation in all wastewater treatment processes.
- Manage all equipment and ensure facilities are properly maintained and repaired as necessary.
- Performs maintenance and repairs of wastewater treatment equipment and facilities.
- Identify sources of contamination in production and enter WO to correct.
- Manages yards and grounds.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or related field.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with manufacturing environmental systems.
- Grade III or higher Wastewater Certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of municipal, state and federal environmental regulations.
