Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Environmental Health and Safety Manager in Fayetteville, NC This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Monitors, maintains and develops Company Environmental and Safety programs and ensure employee compliance
- EH&S incident investigation and reporting
- Leads EH&S training
- Liaise with local Water Treatment on environmental regulatory issues
- Manage effluent treatment system
- Manage hazardous waste, waste and recycling disposal contractors
- Waste water spill reporting
- Manage building security
- Manage yards and grounds, maintaining high GMP standards
- Identify sources of contamination in production and enter WO to correct
- Promote 5S and lead 5S activities
Requirements:
- Candidate MUST have Biological Wastewater Remediation experience.
- A degree in Industrial Health & Safety or environmental management is required.
- Experience with municipal, state and federal environmental regulation is a plus.
- Must have solid knowledge of OSHA and NCDOL regulations.
