Accentuate Staffing is recruiting an Entry Level Recruiter for a large distribution company in the RTP area. No experience needed! Just drive, eagerness, and openness to talk and engage with candidates. This is an immediate opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Talent Acquisition Director to identify new openings and strategies for recruitment
- Screen potential talent via phone and email
- Understand and communicate with hiring managers about positions
- Present candidates to hiring managers for openings
- Set up interviews both virtual and on site
- Communicate with candidates regarding start dates, salary information, and benefits
- Utilize major job boards and career site for job postings
- Call back messages within 24 hours
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Outgoing and eager personality
- Self starter and motivated
- Ability to use MS Office
- Strong communication skill set and ability to work teams at all levels
