Entry Level Packaging Associate (Biotech/Pharma)
Accentuate Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Entry Level Packaging Associates to support packaging operations within a biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is highly hands-on and involves repetitive tasks, working on packaging lines, and ensuring products are properly labeled, packed, and prepared for shipment in accordance with company and quality standards. This is a 6-12 month contract role working on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual packaging of products in a fast-paced production environment
- Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and GMP guidelines
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and complete basic documentation as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
