Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Entry-level Office Admin to join a growing distribution company located in RTP. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent college graduate who is looking to gain experience while working in an awesome environment. The ideal candidate will have order entry experience and an ambitious personality.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy
  • Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls
  • Detail-oriented work ethic
  • Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
  • Support the company’s administrative staff in a variety of general office and clerical tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative or order entry experience required
  • MS Office proficiency
