Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Entry Level Customer Coordinator for a corporate retailer in the Durham area. A recent college graduate looking for a “foot in the door” will be great for this opening. This is a temp to hire position with a 40 hour work week schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Take phone calls and emails from customers regarding retail accounts
  • Manage client database to update information
  • Handle order entry, processing orders, and tracking inventory updates
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Handle returns and enter data into software database

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office experience required
