Calling all recent grads and retail professionals! If you enjoy helping customers and are looking to jump start your Office Professional career, this is the job for you. This is a temp to hire opportunity with full time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via email and phone regarding ordering needs
- Work with internal warehouse and customer service team members to check inventory status of items and manage all shipping logistical needs
- Enter orders into ERP system and log updates as necessary
- Follow up with customers as needed regarding order history
- Find resolutions to customer issues
- Assist accounting for invoicing set up needs and billing information
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree OR at least 2 years of previous experience in a retail/customer service environment
- MS Office experience
- ERP experience desired
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focused
