Accentuate Staffing is working alongside a leading automation company and is assisting with their need for a Document Coordinator.  This is an awesome direct hire opportunity in the Cary/Apex, NC area.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with members of the Technical Documentation Team and other coworkers to help ensure the thorough, correct, and timely completion of Web Page Updates.
  • Perform other work, as required, in support of the creation and maintenance of Product Manuals (Creation of Part Numbers, ECO Processing, etc.).
  • Continue to learn new skills and techniques through in-house training, outside training/coursework, and appropriate use of the internet. Participate in the training of other members of the engineering team in these skills.
  • Generate and process Engineering Signoffs.
  • Create “Super Numbers” for new products.
  • Verify accuracy of  Bills of Material.
  • Provide support to coworkers (as appropriate) to enhance the performance and success of the engineering department and the company as a whole.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.  AAS degree is preferred.
  • Must be highly organized and methodical in nature
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and error-free data entry
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • SolidWorks experience is desirable
