Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to work within a fast-paced HR department for 3-6 months in duration and will be 100% remote. The employee must be vaccinated and have a valid Drivers License and live in North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise employee and management on the interpretation of personnel policies programs and procedures of Company tools.
  • Counsel Managers and employees to align with the standards of behaviors when making decisions and issuing corrective actions.
  • Facilitate and offer recommendation on Employee relation issues.
  • Lead, Conduct and reporting on investigations conducted based on complaints or issues reported to Human resources.
  • Review and assist managers with annual performance evaluations
  • Issue exit surveys/paperwork in DocuSign to track the termination process
  • Implement and review new and current policies and procedures that are current within the organization.
  • Support and facilitate organizational change and developing ways for the teams to be most effective.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly audits for timecard tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree is preferred
  • Min of 3 years of employee relations experience
  • Must be proficient with MS Office and ADP
  • Must be vaccinated
  • Must have a valid drivers license and lives in the state of NC
