Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing medical device manufacturer who is hiring an Electronics Repair Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity with flexible 1st shift hours. The Repair Tech will troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic devices returned from customers from around the world. If you enjoy hands-on diagnostics and problem-solving, this is a great opportunity to put your technical skills to work.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose returned electronic devices
- Perform component-level repairs and soldering
- Test repaired units using DC power supplies, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment
- Document repairs and update service records
- Package and ship repaired devices back to customers worldwide
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely turnaround of repairs
Requirements:
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment
- Strong soldering skills
- Proficiency using DC power supplies, multimeters, and other electronic test tools
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Experience working with ERP systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
