Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing medical device manufacturer who is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician II to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire position working 6am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical assemblies and finished products
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform functional testing and document results
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve non-functioning units and defects
- Complete required documentation and inspection forms accurately
- Support team members with troubleshooting and training as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly instructions
- Experience with hand tools, wiring, cables, and PCB components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, test equipment, and basic measuring tools
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle detailed work
