Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing Mechanical Contractor who is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to oversee their electrical manufacturing. This is a 1st shift direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical superintendent will oversee up to 40 Electrical assemblers
- Superintendent will oversee assembly, sub assembly, electrical conduit, wire, fixtures, switches, boxes
- Superintendent will interpret and modify blueprints/wiring diagrams in accordance with NEC code
- Superintendent will schedule workload, oversee quality, safety, cost improvement
- Superintendent will develop, train, and coach employees
Requirements:
- Candidates must have controls experience, 480V+ background, electrical gears experience, VFD experience
- Candidates must have 3+ years electrical leadership background either in the field or manufacturing
- Candidates with an Electrical license a plus
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree a plus
