Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Technician
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading automated equipment manufacturer who is hiring a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working either 6am-2:45 or 7am-3:45pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Electromechanical Assembly Technician will assemble electrical equipment
- Technician will read and interpret parts instructions, blueprints, and work orders to assemble parts, tools, and components
- Technician will install components, units, subassemblies and wiring
- Technician will perform tests, adjustments, and repairs
- Technician will conduct software uploads and software configurations
- Technician will assist with receiving incoming products and perform initial inspections as well as inventory control
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3 plus years Electrical/Mechanical assembly background
- Candidates must have strong knowledge of following blueprints, schematics, BOM’s and work orders
- Candidates must be proficient in soldering
- Candidates must have experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Candidate must be computer savvy
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
