Accentuate Staffing is recruiting Electrical Assemblers for a leading global innovator in advanced industrial automation solutions. This is a temp to hire opportunity in Apex, NC, working on 1st shift.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components and subassemblies with accuracy and care
- Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production guidelines to ensure proper builds
- Utilize hand tools, soldering equipment, and magnification devices as needed in the assembly process
- Perform basic quality checks and assist with troubleshooting when issues arise
- Maintain a safe and organized work area while meeting daily production goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment
- Must be comfortable working with small parts, wiring, and precision tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings such as blueprints and schematics
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with soldering process preferred
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
