Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for an E-Commerce Support Coordinator to join an established distributor in Raleigh. The E-Commerce Support Coordinator will provide customer support over the phone and via email and be the first line if communication for inquiries and needs. This position is Mon-Fri from 8-5 and will be onsite in a business casual setting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer communications via email, online, in person and telephone and respond per company guidelines.
- Input non-ecommerce orders into our ERP system and assist customers in completing online orders as required to ensure timely submission.
- Run and analyze customer and product sales reports to track customer purchasing trends and make sales recommendations to the Sales Team
- Have a detailed understanding of products to guide customers through product related issues and questions. Make appropriate recommendations or alternatives for customers.
- Utilize analytical and reporting tools, help prepare quotes and pricing analyses.
- Provide administrative support to schedule and manage logistics for appointments and product demonstrations.
- Work with new account onboarding utilizing a variety of tools including online portal, CRM, and contact software.
- Investigate and resolve customer questions, issues or concerns about orders, billing, and product conditions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience working in beverage or food production industry. (Preferred)
- Basic math skills. Percentages and ability to convert between various measurement units.
- Computer skills. Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and basic computer navigation.
- (Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, MAS and MS Access preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems, online shopping platforms, like Shopify
