Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fantastic Biopharmaceutical Manufacturer who is hiring for experienced Downstream Engineers. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in downstream processing techniques and technical transfers within a GMP manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical transfer projects for both early and late stage clinical manufacturing programs.
- Performing process flow diagram generation, scale-up calculations, defining solution and equipment requirements, generating BOMO and new specifications.
- Creating and providing campaign summary reports and production updates to both the client and upper management.
- Leading and supporting strategic projects with process development and vendors as well as, leading investigational and troubleshooting efforts to provide manufacturing recommendations for implementations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of experience, Masters Degree with 2+ years of experience or PhD with 1+ year of experience.
- Expert in downstream and/or upstream processing techniques, technical transfers, scale-ups, process development and early phase GMP production.
- Ability to perform deviation investigations, root-cause analysis, change controls and CAPAs.
- Experience leading technical transfers and technical investigations.
