Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Document Specialist with excellent proofreading skills to join a CPA firm in the Raleigh area. This is a temp to permanent opportunity.


  • Assist with proofreading documents to make sure that all grammar, spelling, and formatting is correct
  • Manage filing and organizing of all company related documents
  • Create and edit statements and technical documents for distribution to teams
  • Produce reports and correspondence for groups as needed
  • Act as back up administrative support as needed for management
  • Assist with special projects for leadership as needed


  • At least 1 year of document control or administrative work experience
  • Superior knowledge of grammar, writing, and editing
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
