Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Document Specialist with excellent proofreading skills to join a CPA firm in the Raleigh area. This is a temp to permanent opportunity.
- Assist with proofreading documents to make sure that all grammar, spelling, and formatting is correct
- Manage filing and organizing of all company related documents
- Create and edit statements and technical documents for distribution to teams
- Produce reports and correspondence for groups as needed
- Act as back up administrative support as needed for management
- Assist with special projects for leadership as needed
- At least 1 year of document control or administrative work experience
- Superior knowledge of grammar, writing, and editing
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
